David Seibel and Emily Epstein provide a negotiation workshop For FINCA in Kiev David Seibel and Emily Epstein will conduct a negotiation skills workshop on November 13 and 14 for regional country managers in Kiev, Ukraine, in order to assist them with the internal and external conversations they face on a regular basis. FINCA was founded by John Hatch, a Fullbright-trained economist and international development expert who realized the concept of village banking in aid of fighting poverty. Focusing primarily on women because of their higher rate of poverty, FINCA provides loans rather than grants, establishes borrower-run banks and fosters community and individual development.
