Insight Fellow Julia Gegenheimer works on Special Projects at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, May 2007

Insight Fellow Julia Gegenheimer is currently placed at the International Criminal Court in The Hague where she is working on several projects for the Chief Prosecutor and Insight, including: (1) developing a system of protocols for Office of the Prosecutor information management, investigative missions, and witness handling; (2) facilitating collaboration between Insight and the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue to support ongoing communication between the Chief Prosecutor and international mediators; (3) creating a program for a Court-wide alumni network, one that will connect former staff members and interns with the Court and with each other; and (4) research and interviews regarding the development of an Insight initiative to educate Ugandan youth regarding traditional local conflict management practices.
